Green Street Realty's development arm, Sub 4 Development has now received full site plan approval for our 348 Unit Solace of Cimarron Hills in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The project is slated to start construciton in late summer of 2021 and will be one of several Opportunity Zone deals that are in our pipeline, including two other projects in Colorodo and two new developments in the Phoenix, Arizona market. We currently are completing Opportunity Zone deals in Lafayette, Indiana and Champaign, Illinois.
